We want you to love your Glimsun sunglasses. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • The item must be in resalable condition

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

📧 To initiate a return, contact us at contact@glimsun.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the next steps.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturer defect

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
